Matthew is a highly experienced instructor and presenter with a proven track record of success in building high performing teams and organizations. Matthew started his career as a developer and progressed into various leadership roles. He worked with his first Agile teams in 2007 and has since been an advocate for Agile delivery across a diverse set of organization ranging from start ups to some of the very large enterprises across a variety of industries.
